SOGo doesn’t fetch the unread messages count for all of your IMAP folders. This is by design since those IMAP operation would be costly when the user has many folders.
When accessing the Webmail module, the unread messages count is only displayed for the inbox folder. However, as the user opens more folders, the unread messages count is also fetched for those folders.
