Description

Hi,

Resources booking is a very useful feature, in order to use SOGo as much as possible.
Actually, it's kind of impossible to use it because invite a resource isn't user-friendly at all (many users have already tested this feature and don't want to use SOGo for resources booking).

I know this is the best choice because of interoperability with many MUAs...

However, is it possible, in the SOGo web interface, to add a drop down menu to select resources ?

In this way, even if users have to use the web interface rather than their usual MUAs, it will be a lot simpler.

I oppose that.
With more than 20 resources a drop-down is not usable anymore!
Therefore it is not user friendly at all.

I agree with Christian Mack. That would not help at all.
Apart from that, how the users would use (i.e. book) multiple resources in one particular event (e.g. meeting room, projector, laptop, car, etc) ?

I understand your point of view. If it's not a dropdown menu, it could be an list with check boxes, hidden by default, with filters...

You can close this ticket if you won't try to add this feature.
