Summary0004406: sent is not an imap4 folder
Description

Hello,

I have a user in our company who always has this error message when she sends a message from the webmail SOGO interface: "sent is not an imap4 folder".
Besides, the message is not copied in the sent folder.
It is well-sent and reaches the destination but not copied in the sent folder, and this is a bit annoying as our user needs to follow her messages sent.

I have checked her configuration and compared it to her colleagues but she has the same configuration. And she's the only one in our company who gets this error message("sent is not an imap4 folder"). She uses Firefox 52.4 and she has also this error message using Google Chrome (this is not related to browsers but in case you would need these informations, knowing other employees also use the same version of browsers).

Would you have an idea ?

Thanks. Regards.

Sébastien (French)

What have you set for SOGoSentFolderName?
Does that folder exist in her postbox?
Does she have privileges on that folder?

Hello, bonjour,

Thanks for your feedback. In fact I have found her sent folder under her message reception folder (incoming folder). She has 2 sent folders. But important is she can use one to follow the messages she has sent. So, finally, it is ok. We can close the case as I'll not have time to investigate further why she has 2 sent folders (and she has not created one by herself). Sorry for the inconvenience. Have a nice weekend.

Regards.

Sébastien
