Summary0000353: creating remote collection
Description

When choosing "New" -> "Remote addressbook". It should be possible to create the resource with an MKCOL if the resource does not exist. For example, a PROPFIND could be executed and a popup dialog would ask the user to perform the ab creation. A "no" response or a failure to create the ab would then prevent it from appearing in the list of addresbooks.
