Summary0003455: Automatic HTTP request doesn't sync all folders in Mail View
Description

In Preferences, I have selected the property "Refresh View" for every minute.
So, my Web Mail view should be refreshed in every minute, including all folders and sub-folders.

But, what happens is that only the folder that is in the View List is refreshed.

Is there any option to set the "Refresh View" to all folders?

Best Kingards,
Emílio Fonseca

Steps To Reproduce

Step 1: INBOX folder is opened in the View List (is clicked).

Step 2: After one minute, the view HTTP request ends with "/Mail/0/folderINBOX/view"

Step 3: Only the messages received in INBOX folder are shown, not the messages received in others folders.

Example:
I have a filter in Thunderbird, which moves the emails with the subjects containing [SOGo] to a folder named "SOGo mailing list". When i receive a new message, Thunderbird automaticaly moves it to this folder.

At the same time, I'm accessing the SOGo Webmail with the Inbox folder selected (or any other folder except the "SOGo mailing list"). The webmail send the request to update the unread messages, but the folder "SOGo mailing list" is not updated with the unread messages number.

If I had the folder "SOGo mailing list" already selected or if I had selected it later, the number of unread messages is updated correctly.

Apparently, the refresh view request is only updating the number of unread messages of the current viewed folder. Shouldn't the unread messages of the other folders be updated too?

It would do so, if you would use Sieve filters within SOGo to filter your emails.
And no, it does not refresh the folders.
E.g. if you create a new folder in Thunderbird, it will not show up in SOGo web frontend till you at least switch between calendar/address books and email or log off/log in again.

Rationale given about folder refreshing strategy.
