Summary0001701: UI elements in Lightning not reacting to onClick(). Integrator causing it?
Description

When i try to switch from day-view to week, multi week, or month by clicking on the according tabs in lightning, absolutely nothing happens. It just seems there is no reaction to the 'onClick' - Event concerning certain UI elements in Lightning.

I suppose this could be a bug in integrator, but could also be a bug in lightning.

I am testing

SOGo 1.3.12c
Thunderbird 10.0.2 ESR
Lightning 1.2.1
SOGo_Integrator10.0
SOGo_Connector10.0

on a mac Machine. (OS X 10.7.2)

Same bug is reproducible on Windows

Note that this bug started appearing after we included the lightning 1.2.1 extension in the extensions.rdf of sogo-integrator 1.10, so that integrator pulls lightning 1.2.1 from one our local update server.

The following error appears in t/nstalled.

calUtils.js can be found in the Lightning.1.2.1.xpi directorytree.
