Summary0001570: Events marked as "all day event" don't sync correctly to Outlook 2003
Description

I am using SOGo 2.0 Beta 3 ZEG and Outlook 2003.

I create an all day event using the SOGo web interface.

When the change sync's to Outlook. The event is shifted by 8 hours so that it begins at 8am on the day of the event and ends at 8am on the next day.

However, if I add an event using the web interface and specify the date and time instead of checking the all day event checkbox, the changes sync perfectly to Outlook.

Also, if I create the all day event in Outlook, it displays correctly in the web interface.

Some additional information:

Create all day event in web interface. Displays fine in Outlook 2010.

Create an all day event in Outlook 2010. Displays fine in Outlook 2003 BUT in the web interface it is not shown as an all day event but as an event going from 00:00 on day 1 to 00:00 on day 2. This is technically correct but the All Day Event checkbox is left empty in the web interface even though in the Outlook clients it is checked.
