Summary	0005855: Error creating or forwarding an email with an attachment with a long title
Description	When creating a new email, an error appears when adding an attachment: "Could not write attachment to draft!". The problem appears if the attachment has a long name in Cyrillic (more than 130 characters). When forwarding a letter with an attachment with a long name in Cyrillic, the letter is created and sent without attachments.
Steps To Reproduce	Settings: forwarding emails in the body of the email. Create a new message. Attach an attachment with a long name in Cyrillic.
Additional Information	Example of a long name for an attachment: "A long attachment name in Russian may interfere with the transmission of the message. Testing this fact should help test test.pdf"
