Graphical objects: Portions of graphics that are required to understand the content unless a particular presentation of graphics is indispensable for the content to be conveyed

The contrast ratio of the graphical control elements marked in red to the background is not sufficient with the respective measured values and does not meet the requirement of at least 3:1, which makes it difficult to recognize. In particular, this makes it more difficult for users, who will find it difficult to recognize them.

The contrast ratio of the graphical control highlighted in red to the background is insufficient at 1.7:1 and does not meet the specification of at least 3:1. This makes it particularly difficult for visually impaired users.

Proposed Solution:
Since yellow is a common color for favorite markers, a gray frame should be around the star so that at least the shape is recognizable. So that the contrast ratio between the states is still sufficient, however
the star must be completely filled with gray in the initial state. Here it is to note that the gray of the symbols can not be used, because otherwise the contrast ratio between the states is also too low.
