loading circle loads forever (up to 5 minutes sometimes) when auto-refresh is enabled (SOGoRefreshViewCheck)

Steps To Reproduce

set SOGoRefreshViewCheck = every_minute;
-> wait 1 minute on sogo-webmail.

this even happens on https://demo.sogo.nu/
with only a few e-mails in the inbox.
for me it would be ok to be able to disable it for all users using sogo.conf

It happens for me only in Chrome/Chromium-based browsers, after switching tab from inactive to active.
