Summary0004885: IDN don't properly parse. Produces "Got invalid multibyte sequence. ToEncode: UTF-16LE FromEncode: UTF-8."
Description

When sending a mail from an IDN, SOGo appears unable to parse this address in it's mailfolder.

Steps To Reproduce

Send a mail from an IDN.
Open SOGo
Go to the folder that recieved the e-mail.

The TO address parses wrong

After further looking into the matter I found that it's not about IDN parsing, but rather wrongly set headers. This isn't a problem in the current SOGo, because it doesn't support sending to unicode formatted e-mailaddresses.

It looks like the encoded-word is encoded as IS08859-1, but the string specifies UTF-8.
