Our users are asking for a new feature in order to let them to choose which address books to search in and if is it possible the sequential searching order on those selected address books

An idea about how do it:

Adding two list boxes in Preferences > Address Books

• 1st. list box with all available address books (personal and global)
• 2nd. lixt box where to move the selected ones from 1rst list box (with sorting option)

The reason behind: our Sogo server has a global address book with thousands of contacts.

Users are complaining about they always have to search in the middle of thousands of email addressses when, almost all times, only need their personal address books.

As my tests reveals the SOGo searching order in Address Books is:

1- Address Book with automatic collected recipient addressess
2- Global search address books
3- Personal Address book

So users would want to choose which ones and the order to search in them.
