What have you set for "Preferences" -> "Mail Options" -> "Compose messages in"? |

However, for my opinion, the Sogo Web-mail forwarder should check or better determine the existing email type (HTML, TEXT, RTF) Outlook and other email clients are doing it in this manner. |
