Summary0003876: Can't attach document after removing an attachment in Chrome
Description

Hi,
Found an strange behaviour when using Chrome as an browser. When trying to send a mail from the browser. I'll attach an document to the mail. I then remove the document and try to attach the same or any other document. After selecting the file I want to attach, I can't see the attachement.

This works with Firefox. Have not tested this in any other browsers. This reproducable on multiple computers and accounts.

When looking into sogo logs. I can see that I attach the document the first time. I can see that I remove it. But I can't see that I try to attach a new file to the mail after the removal.

Version of Chrome: 54.0.2840.71

Steps To Reproduce
  1. Use Chrome
  2. Create a new mail in SOGo Webmail
  3. Add an attachement
  4. Remove the attachement
  5. Add the same or any other attachement

Expected result: Should be able to see the new attached document.
Actual result: The document isn't attached.

I confirm that adding the same file doesn't work, but adding a different file work fine.
