This is not implemented in SOGo.
(I didn't know this was possible at all.
But standard https://tools.ietf.org/html/rfc5545 states:
"..."VALARM" calendar components cannot be nested. Multiple mutually independent "VALARM" calendar components can be specified for a single "VEVENT" or "VTODO" calendar component.")

) I didn't dive into the RFC document, but this is possible with Mac iCalendar.app, and iOS 9.3 on iPhone. :)
) BlackBerry 10 supports only one alert too.

Android (default calendar app), Thunderbird and Outlook all have only one Alarm.

On Android (including default calendar app), you can have more than one alarm nowadays. This is then synchronized by DAVx5.

By RFC 5545, there can be multiple alarms, and each of them can have ACTION:AUDIO, DISPLAY or EMAIL (which then requires other fields).
