Summary0000134: Can't add shared folders when SOGo configured to use alternate ports
Description

I have a test install (Centos5) on an internal server (behind a firewall and
web server). I cannot forward ports 80 and 443 to the test server. I would
like to use SOGo from outside the network.

Here is what I have done:
In /etc/httpd/conf.d/ssl.conf change all 443 to 19999
WOApplicationRedirectURL https://sogo.test.com:19999
In extensions.rdf set updateURL="https://sogo.test.com:19999/plugins/updates.php

Everything seams to function OK except when I try to add a shared contact or calendar in Thunderbird the "Add" dialog box disappears as soon as I hit "Add" and nothing happens. I can add shared resources in the web mail app.
