When I create a new filter this is default not enabled. I think I don't create a filter when I don't want to use it, so I think it's better to make it enabled by default.

Another point is that it's a bit strange that you need to save the script two times. I see that many people are clicking the screen with filters away. Then the new filter was not saved. Maybe this could be clearer, not sure how.
