Revision 2016-12-19 11:56 by ludovic
Description

If a contact has german umlauts in his address, the umlautes will be displays as XML entities in iOS.

For example:
The address of a contact is "Teststraße 123"
In the iOS address book the address is shown as "Teststraße 123".
In web view an the MacOS address book the address is shown right.

If the address is created in iOS (using "ß"), everything is fine.
But if the contact has been modified in web or any CardDav client, the address information on iOS will be wrong after sync.

In other fields, the umlauts will be show in the right way!
