PlatformLinuxOSUbuntuOS Version16.04
Product Version3.2.10
Summary0004393: SOGo generates load bursts with excessive CPU and RAM utilization
Description

Environment: Mail System for small business (5-10 users).
HW: 8core Intel 2GHz (Mac mini 2011)
Core: Postfix / Dovecot (from original repos)
DB: PostgreSQL 9.5
Web/Calendar: SOGo 3.2.10

After a restart, the overall CPU utilization is around 1-2%, RAM around 1GB
Over time, CPU utilization increases to a top of 60%. (physical) RAM increases to a utilization of up to 10 GB.

top shows that there are 4-5 processes sogod that are responsibe for this work load.

Steps To Reproduce

Install and start SOGo on a 5 user serving Mail system.

After restart: CPU 1-2%, RAM 1GB
After 2h: CPU 5%, RAM 3GB
After 6-8h: CPU pulses between 25-50% and RAM between 2-12GB

Restart SOGo daemon and the phenomenon disappears immediately to reemerge after above described time.

Additional Information

Pulsing interval 30s (looks like a garbage collector is hitting in regularly)
Growth in memory and CPU demand looks like a memory leak.

This behaviour occured last December and got really observable at the beginning of 2018.

Configuration was not altered since 2016.
