No comment?

I finally figured out that the 'My View' is based on the 'Project' selector... if I change this to 'All Projects' I then see all of the bugs I reported and/or am monitoring.

But my primary complaint is still valid.

Please change the admin settings such that bug reporters can modify the Summary, Details and Description fields after the bug has been created.

I would close this and open new one - or change the Summary (remove the caps), but ... I can't because of the nature of this bug.

Is there really no one else who finds it unusual that bug reporters cannot adjust the bug characteristics/description/status after a bug is created?

This Mantis configuration goes as far as it can when it comes to granting reporters permissions; this is a known limitation with Mantis:

I agree that in an ideal world bug reporters should be able to adjust bug data once submitted, but at the end of the day, nothing critical in this limitation, and reporters can always add comments if they feel a modification should be made to a bug they opened.
