Summary0001533: "Clear cache" button
Description

Sometimes Lightning goes to a strange state when it displays events in a wrong way due to troubles in its local cache files. Removing these files forces Lightning to retrieve all events again and to create fresh cache.
This solves that problem.
It's not easy to navigate some users for finding their Lightning profile and removing cache files there. So it would be nice to have a button "Clear cache" in the Lightning settings for this case.

Add to that a button to force reload (really synchronize) the contacts from the server (clearing the cache in that case involves editing the prefs.js file, it's not enough to delete the local abook file).

This is now possible - see the "Reset Calendar Cache" option from the calendar's contextual menu.
