To reproduce:-

Go to Mail interface,

Right click a email -
Click Label
Click Important

The label isn't saved

Additional Information

I see this with Ubuntu Linux 11.10 using Firefox 7.0.1 and Google Chromium 14.0.835.202 (Developer Build 103287 Linux) Ubuntu 11.10

It was also broken in 1.3.8 and earlier versions of FF4+ I believe

Also existing labels set in Thunderbird emails are not shown in the webmail interface. We use

TagsNo tags attached.

This is still broke in 1.3.11. Just looks bad for uses when things in the interface dont stick

I've just tried and it works for me with Firefox 10.

Which IMAP server are you using?

Sniff the IMAP traffic between SOGo and your IMAP server when you try to mark a message.

we are still having this issue with 1.3.15a ..

still using same courier IMAP

Would be nice to fix this ..

Your IMAP server rejects the flags store.

Not much we can do here.

I suggest you look at alternatives, like Dovecot. It's a drop-in replacement for Courier, which is a relatively bad IMAP server...
