Description	Because there's no possibility to move folders (IMAP MOVE).

Christian Mack 2012-04-10 08:18 developer ~0003700	Workaround: Create the folder on its original place again, and then move all emails from the deleted folder to the newly created one. That's not comfortable, nor intuitive to normal users though!
