0002290: sogo_2.0.5-1_amd64.deb does not install on lenny

The useradd command in the installer is wrong (preinst script)
It says:
useradd -d /var/lib/sogo -g sogo -c "SOGo daemon" -s /usr/sbin/nologin -M -r sogo

It should read:
useradd -d /var/lib/sogo -g sogo -c "SOGo daemon" -s /usr/sbin/nologin -m -r sogo

-M is not a valid option in useradd.

quick fix is to create the above user (and the group) and then install the package until a new version is created.

Lorsque je créer un nouveau contact ou une nouvelle tâche il se produit une erreur du coté samba4 et mon outlook perd la connexion avec "exchange"

l'interface web sogo continue de fonctionné mais n'a pas les nouvelles donnée créée. un redémarrage de samba4 est nécessaire pour reconnecté outlook

0002294: It is possible to import LDIF-files into a read-only set address book

To reproduce this Bug simply do the following:

- Set the ACLs of an address book from user "A" to read-only (possible with "any authenticated user" or a specific user "B").
- Log in to user "B" and subscribe to the address book of user "A".
- Import any LDIF file into the subscribed address book using the import function.

It normally should not be possible to write into a folder with read-only permissions.

0002312: Impossible to remove a or read a folder with particular symbol.

Hello,

We found a new bug, if you create a folder with this symbol "<" or ">", you will not be able to delete this one. You will always get an error. If you have mail inside, you can't see them.

I create a folder like that "TEST<", and when i want to delete them, it's impossible.

In the log we can see that :

0002311: Sogo doesn't handle a 403 response after a REPORT request

The problem appeared with IceWarp server and Connector v17.0.5. Here is the process :

-1- Sogo makes a PROPFIND request
-2- icewarp answers with a list of possible requests (specially
"sync-collection")
-3- if "sync-collection" is supported, then sogo makes a REPORT request with a sync-token (sent by icewarp in a previous synchro and stored in sogo)
-4- icewarp answers : default behavior is an empty answer with 403 error code
-5- 2 problems :
- Sogo does nothing, while the RFC says that Sogo should send another request to perform a full sync
- Sogo keeps the request in an instable state : the request is not closed and no other sync request can be performed

0002313: ACLs are set wrong

I have set SOGoForceExternalLoginWithEmail = YES;

When I share mail folder to other user, SOGo creating share
for SOGo-UID user, not for email-user.

For example: user aaa@test.pl (UID aaa-test) shares INBOX
to bbb@test.pl (UID bbb-test). ACL shares folder from user
aaa@test.pl to user bbb-test. IMAP server doesn't know
UID-based logins, so ACL fails.

0002318: Problem with cyrillic imap folders

Hello,
I've installed sogo_2.0.2a-1_amd64.deb on Ubuntu 11.04 with dovecot imap server.
If IMAP folder contains letter "?" sogo show it as "?" (for example shows folder "???????" as "???????".
As result sogo can't show messages in this folder and can't do anything with this folder (remove, rename, etc.).

0002119: Message sent with blank "Your Name" do not show email address in Outlook

When you receive an email in Outlook (2010 not sure about others) that was sent with blank "Your Name" (as it is called in Outlook Account settings) field by an external party, it shows as completely blank and does not even show the email address as it would with Outlook without openchange or the Sogo Web interface.

When you then try to reply to such a message in Outlook with openchange the "To" field is completely blank.

0002209: Impossible to read a mail.

When you send a mail with Thunderbird and when you add a "Return receipt" option (French term is "Demander un accusé de reception) it's not possible to read this mail in the "sent-mail" folder in the SOGo webmail when you have enable this option :

0002298: HTTP Error 404 when uploading ICS files using CalDAV containing 'folded' / split-up UTF-8 characters

## Problem Description

When uploading ICS files using CalDAV containing 'folded' / split-up UTF-8 characters. Example:

This occurs with us when splitting up a two-byte encoded "Umlaut" which starts at column 75. The second byte will get folded into the next line, divided by `\r\n `. Sogo seems to decode UTF-8 first (recognising invalid characters and thus refusing the ICS file) and then unfold the file.

RFC 5545 (iCalendar) states:

> Lines of text SHOULD NOT be longer than 75 octets [...]

Where there is no other definition for octets than bytes. Actually they're even addressing the issue described above on the next page:

> Note: It is possible for very simple implementations to generate
> improperly folded lines in the middle of a UTF-8 multi-octet
> sequence. For this reason, implementations need to unfold lines
> in such a way to properly restore the original sequence.

In our case, the "very simple implementation" is a Perl script which unfolds the ICS file, changes some contents and then folds the lines again.

## How to reproduce

Upload attached ICS file, which will be refused with an HTTP error 404. If the `\r\n ` sequence is removed in between the split up multibyte character, the upload works as expected.

## Expected behavior

The ICS file with folded multibyte character should be accepted and parsed correctly.

## Attachments

broken.ics - folded umlaut, doesn't get imported
fixed.ics - removed folding sequence, thus line too long but gets imported

0002237: Public Access while using SOGoTrustProxyAuthentication

I use WebAuth authentication for WebGUI and Kerberos auth for CalDAV access.

When I'm using:
sogod SOGoTrustProxyAuthentication YES
sogod SOGoEnablePublicAccess YES

outside users have no access to calendars available via "Public Access".
SOGo gives "Unauthorized" and provides this log:

When I'm using SOGoEnablePublicAccess only:

Running sope & sogo version 2.0.5a, the following errors are found in the sogo log file:

0002285: Problem on event/contact edit

I can create events and/or contacts on SOGo webmail, and I can see that on Outlook, but if i try to edit events and/or contacts , this changes no reported on Outlook.

My enviroment:
SO: Ubuntu 12.04
Backend: Openchange/Samba4
MTA: Postfix
Database: Mysql
Imap: dovecot

0002326: Some caldav client doesn't set privacy setting a default one could be great

Some caldav clients, including those from Apple (iphone / ical.app) doesn't create VEVENT with a CLASS.

The event ends up as "public" in SOGo.
Technicaly and more precisely in the column c_classification of table "sogoLOGINcadID_quick" is set to 0 (1 is public, 2 confidential and 3 private).

It would be great if:
* in the calendar properties a default privacy level could be set: public, confidential, private and none (don't do anything).
* in sogo.conf a global default value for privacy level of new calendars could be set

Hello all,

Using Outlook, i receive some e-mails containing accents and iso-8859-1 charset.
Unfortunately, accents are displayed like chinese characters.

I don't have this problem with utf-8 charset or Sogo webmail.

With SOGo webmail, i can save as an eml file this e-mail. Using Outlook to open it, accents are well displayed.

When not set "filter" attribute on SOGoUserSources, a search for "geral" on addressbook generates a ldap search like this:

If set filter = "(|(objectClass=mailUser)(objectClass=mailGroup))"; it ignores any filter and generates a search like this:

The expected filter would be an "and" like this:

On web interface addressbook search works as expected. But on Thunderbird the preference on wich LDAP server (CatalogoA1) to search for addresses does not survive a restart, returning with a blank choice. If set again it works until next application restart.

0002320: Time shifts when saving/modifying events in SOGo web interface

My timezone is Europe/Berlin, or at the moment UTC+2, as configured in GNUstep as well as the SOGo web frontend. Whenever I add a calendar entry with a specific time (e.g. 10 am), it is first displayed in UTC-2 time (e.g. 6 am) in the calendar itself. Then, when I edit the entry and save it, it is displayed in UTC time (e.g. 8 am).

I am using Ubuntu 13.04. First, I used the Ubuntu Precise inverse repository, then switched to the Debian Wheezy repository which did not help.

Great feature new multi-account feature, i want to use it like identity in Thunderbird (with a dummy account)
It works but:
* i can't choose second sender if i'm on first account folders
* sent mails are not saved in sent folder

I suggest to add multiple identity associated to account, with only Full Name and Email and signature fields

0002299: Unable to Synch Contacts with iCloud in TB

I downloaded and added the SOGo Connector Thunderbird extension version 17.0.5 into Thunderbird version 17.0.5 and attempted to add a remote address book using the URL of:

with XXXXXXXXX being my specific number. After pressing OK nothing happened. I attempted to right click on Synchronize but it is grayed out.

To get my specific number I used a tool found at:

For now you can get the URL of an addressbook (except the personal) only through looking in the database.

This is very annoying.

An option/tab "Links to this addressbook" like the one for calendars would be very helpful.

There is currently no links to this calendar feature for address books. This prevents users who are unable to determin the url of an address book through the url of the settings-window from using their address books on external devices.

Please provide the desired feature.

0002316: Calendarentrys show at the wrong time

Hello,

I'm using 2.0.5a on debian jessie (using APT-Pinning with the wheezy-repository). When I add a new calendar entry using Z-time it shows correct on every device (thunderbird, android and some webtool) except for SOGo calendar itself.
On all devices it shows as starting at 10am and ending at 11, on SOGo it starts at 8 and ends at 9. I checked the timezone and it's set to Berlin/Europe.

It all seems to have started after upgrading from 2.0.5 to 2.0.5a.

Any help appreciated.
